Was very pleased with customer service and the time it took to have everything done was very quick and easy
On line move in review
The only problem I encountered was when I dropped off my vehicle I could not get out of the parking area. I would have had to bring my vehicle to the gate to get it open. There's no gate control on the inside. Also, my code did not work no the side door. I was trapped and had to give my code to the Uber driver to open the gate from the outside.

He told everything that I needed to know and answered all my questions. A few days later I booked a unit online and returned to the site during my lunch break to get the key. Again welcomed by Francis with speedy, clear, concise, and guided instructions - I was in and out and headed back to work within the hour. Thank you Francis for being consistently kind and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

She was very well-versed on procedures, explaining everything to me thoroughly. The process was very seamless. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing storage, who values a touch of southern hospitality.
Rachel WVery awesome! I was able to rent the unit and sign everything right online. The store manager, Kayla, is the best! She is very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and fast at responding to emails. The facility is very clean and fresh. No outdoor drive up units, but safer being inside. The facility also offers a cart and access until 10pm which are both amazing!! Moving is always a headache and stressful. KAYLA truly made this a breezy process and I will always appreciate her for that! 🤗💐🤗💐🤗 Have a great day !!
