I had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage on Providence Road - Charlotte NC. Management is helpful and kind and understand what it means to provide excellent customer service. They were willing to work with me to prorate the rent at move-out. Facility is clean and well cared for. No pests. Furniture and boxes were all in excellent condition after 3 years due to climate control and managements dedication to keeping the facilities clean. I would gladly use this location again in the future if the need arises.

The property is well maintained and has a great layout for easy access to every individual storage unit. I highly recommend this location as well as the company that runs this particular operation.
