Dedrick was so kind to me. He was very understanding and compassionate. I know to some people a storage unit may just be a metal box to keep some things in but my entire life was in there, he worked with me and did what he could to make sure I was able to keep it. He's definitely a great employee to have.

My experience with Prime Storage has been extremely frustrating overall. The first unit I was assigned had a rotted floor, and things only got more complicated from there. The whole process felt disorganized and much harder than it needed to be. They pushed their own insurance and auto-pay options heavily. Even after I provided my own valid insurance, I still had to go through multiple steps just to get it accepted. On top of that, I dealt with gate code problems and being locked out more than once. The biggest issue was how they handled my fully paid unit. I prepaid for my own insurance because I intended to keep the unit long-term, yet they still tried to consider it “abandoned” simply because it was empty and didn’t have a lock on it — even though there was nothing inside to secure. They also initially failed to give me the referral incentive after my friend signed up, and my friend’s rent has been going up every few months without a clear reason. To their credit, after a series of calls and emails, they did eventually apologize and provide the incentive — but I had to spend way too much of my time chasing down issues that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Overall, the entire experience has felt like a set of avoidable problems on top of policies that make things harder for customers than they should be. Based on everything I’ve dealt with, I would not recommend Prime Storage.

Not impressed anymore, they find ways to upsell or increase rates so you pay more.. not much care for loyal or customer retention. And the offices pass off the issues and blames corporate for everything; unless corporate does not allow them to make business decisions!!! I use to be a big fan; now I’m trying to find a way out.. honest opinion.

Katie was super helpful and covered all the bases, got us set up and squared away quickly and easily even with my 2 crazy kiddos with us. Looking forward to having space in our home again lol

I had a great experience with this storage facility from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made the entire process easy and stress-free. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I had exactly what I needed. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and felt very secure. It’s refreshing to do business with people who are genuinely nice and care about their customers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage.
