Wonderful space

Great customer service. Easy to apply. Had issues with the code but was swiftly fixed. Highly recommend.
Good experience
Everything was fine but the check-in with a person on a screen instead of a person across the counter was weird. Also trying to sign virtual documents was difficult…any pressure on the screen moved the “document” around which was vexing. Other than that, things were great.

David was kind and super helpful in getting a good unit and in explaining all the details that I needed to know. He helped me with the documents and he made the process go very smoothly. I like the screen he pops up on, and that interaction. It was top notch. As for Dakota, he was super friendly and so eager to help me. He even came to help me during his break. He walked me to the unit, and explained everything in detail so I am confidant in how it all works. He made me feel at peace in this selection, and even made me laugh.

Sharon RobertsJust moving in. None of the documents sent to us have a map of the storage center. Units are not in alphabetical order. No maps AT the unit nor in emails. Other customers we met said they had to walk all over the whole facility to find their unit. Then there were no carts except at the totally opposite end of the building. The units do NOT follow alphabetical nor numerical order
