If I could give 0 stars, I would. A few months after renting here, my monthly rate increased by $20/mo for no apparent reason. There certainly weren’t any improvements to the property. More importantly, I noticed a few mouse droppings in my unit one day when I stopped by. I figured given the location, that’s not completely unexpected. I put out mouse bait traps and didn’t think twice. After retuning to my unit a couple months later, I opened the door to the stench of a dead animals and to find droppings ALL OVER most of my things. My unit was infested to say the least. I contacted the facility and all they could say was “sometimes it happens.” For obvious reasons, I decided to rent from another facility. I kindly asked that my rent be refunded for the last month given the situation but was informed that I would not be refunded because I had decided to move out... like anybody else would who cares about their items. I replied that I would not be moving if the facility was properly maintained and my unit had not been infested - no response. The mice got into almost every box/container that I had in storage, and I had to throw away furniture due to the mice and the stench of mouse urine on my items. Not only was there an invitation, but I opened my door to find a dead mouse as well. As I was moving one day, I had another renter approach me to ask if I had issues with mice in my unit - I’m clearly not the only one to have this issue. His unit was located on the other side of the building at the other end, so it’s not just and issue for a handful of units. I was able to find another unit that was 1.5x larger and $10 more a month at a climate controlled, indoor facility. I HIGHLY recommend finding something else, anything else.

Today I called and spoke with Betty trying to deal with moving from one state to another. She was sooo nice and pleasant. Got right down to finding me a solution. I booked two units. Later in the day everything changed with my move. Called Self Storage Brothers and I spoke to a co-worker, she again was so helpful and pleasant. This is the way folks should be treated, Thank You both!!!!!

Betty, Linda and all others ladies were so kind. Once I got there, that size didn't work for me, but I was able to switch to another unit right then with a fee adjustments. Thank you

PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE! These outdoor units are rat infested and office does not care. The attitudes they have about it is crazy. Then to say well you dont have insurance so...Including pictures cause AINT NO WAY THIS PLACE IS PEST CONTROLLED.

No problems other than frequent price increases. Agent Ms. Linda has been very professional and cooperative with inquiries. Her phone management was only reason for fourth star .....
