Great beginning deals to get you in the door, ups the prices the longer you have a unit. With that said the STAFF ARE GREAT. They will do everything they can for you. Even let you know a few days in advance if you’re about to get a late fee!
tim scottOver a month ago I reported that the lock to our building on one of the doors was not functioning. Since then we have reported the same issue three or four times. We have not gotten any callback from anyone to let us know that they know about the issue, are working on the issue, or care about the inconvenience. Today the other door lock has failed. This prevents us from being able to get into the building at all. The lady who answered the video call, said that it was a part that they were having to order. They called the maintenance guy. When he showed up, he asked if the other door was still working. I informed him that it was not working this morning that's why he was called we couldn't get into the building. I also stated that we had reported the other lock being inoperative but have yet to get a call back from anyone. He proceeded to say " I don't know you well enough to call you " sir you don't have to know me You just have to know that my payment for this locker clears every month. I am a customer I deserve basic customer service. If I have an issue I expect the issue to be acknowledged and for a solution to be pursued. Due to the lack of any callback from anyone I had no idea that you even knew or cared that the lock wasn't working. Aren't you glad I mentioned that the door handle has a key to it and you were able to unlock it from that? I've been around locks nearly my entire life as my father ran a locksmith shop which has since closed down after his passing. I don't believe I am asking for too much to be simply called and said to we're sorry for the inconvenience we are working on it. Communication is key. Here's my communication to you, maybe I need to look for someone else to take care of my inventory for me as in a locker.
