I had a great experience with Public Storage! I was able to come and go as I please with ease. I also felt my belongings were very well taken care of since there is an on site owner, cameras and flood lights. The doors are locked at 9pm which deters anyone from entering the property overnight. I needed a fairly large unit as my entire household of belongings had to be kept there and it was the perfect size! The convenience of being able to reserve the unit online was amazing!

My visit today at public storage in Apex, on 2110 ten ten rd. was an excellent experience, base on great customer service when I first walked in the door. I needed a storage to fit and particular need they had the right price and the perfect unit. Miss Mirlene was very helpful, not pushy I can tell that she knew her job and did it will and I give her /Public Storage a five-star.

It hasn’t even been a week since I booked my storage unit and already there are issues. I first got a phone call asking me about how things were and whether I was satisfied. I said that I hadn’t moved my things in yet, but I was concerned about the gate being open after office hours around 8:30pm the night I came by. The person I spoke to noted the issue and said they would look into it. Maybe 20 mins later, I got a call from the same man, but this time he had a terrible attitude. He didn’t verify he was speaking to the right person nor did he introduce himself, he just said my autopay payment didn’t go through. Now since it hasn’t been a week since I paid for the unit, I’m trying to figure out what exactly this payment was for. The man was very rude, saying he couldn’t tell me any details about the rental, but yet fussing at me about a $13 missed payment. I had no problem correcting this issue, I just wanted to know what I was being charged for. If I already paid one month, why am I paying for another month after 4 days? He said my original payment only covered April, so my original payment only covered 3 days?!? I kept asking for more details because he was being very vague and eventually he simply hung up on me. This experience was rather awful and I would NOT recommend renting a unit as I’m not even a week in and I’m already dealing with crazy issues. Buyer beware!

A M SVery pleased with the ease of booking and utilizing the perfectly sized storage unit. This helped to ease my transition from one apartment to another... My only qualm is that the ramp was poorly marked, if marked at all. On my first load in I completely missed that the ramp was there and loaded very heavy items up a flight of steps. Aside from that - this was a positive and helpful experience.
