Today we met Jon Mueller at USA Storage. We have never rented before at a storage facility. Since we’re moving to a new location and when our home is completed we decided to move things a little at a time to make moving easier. Jon was very professional, kind, and very helpful. He took his time to explain everything clearly and easy to understand. After all the set up was done he spent time with us to show us around the facility and showed us how to work the door keypad to access our unit when the office is closed. Thanks again Jon for having the patience with customers who knew nothing about renting a storage unit.
