I love how safe the storage seems. The use of passwords to enter the building is a definite plus.
Very Good but hidden costs unexpected
I found the employees to be extremely helpful and easy to work with! The facility seems very secure and clean. The rates are well below other comparable facilities yet it may be because the customer must add an insurance policy to the items that they store here. They sell it to you and it is expensive for example I claimed the value of my items to be a mere $2,000 (the lowest they allow) and that raised my monthly rate by $11 and change! Not thrilled about the hidden cost!

Peter RowleyHad to edit my rating after some changes. I confirmed the promotion prices and the regular prices on sign up. Once the promotion was up I received the new per month prices as nearly double the regular rate. All to "meet industry standard". Service was good while there but nothing could justify the new prices. Thankfully its cheaper to rent a Uhaul for 3 hours than it was to go through another 2 months at this new rate.

T KI would give zero stars if I could. Rate was increased without knowledge. I received a notice which they then claimed was a error, that my things would be auctioned. They promised me 24hour access the the unit which is not the case. In fact, the other day I was LOCKED INSIDE OF THE BUILDING after 10pm. I called every number imaginable and could not get through to them. I was able to bypass the system and get out, but what if I couldn’t figure that out? I have still not received a response to the voicemails or emails I have left. Terrible customer service.
