Excellent Customer Service
Paul was so very helpful to me by reserving a unit for me before I left Idaho and then finalizing the reservation by phone when I got to New York. He was helpful with suggestions for the unit size and location as I would be arriving after the office closed. He also emailed me the pertinent information and made sure the unit I am renting would have good lighting to unload by. The unit itself met my needs. Besides all this help Paul also has a great sense of humor and eased the stress of such a big move. I highly recommend Global Storage/SpareFoot to anyone needing a storage locker.

Excellant service so far! I just rented 2 units and am moving my household in little by little. I was impressed with the efficency of renting my units. I took a tour and saw what I was going to rent ahead of time. This is a very clean and nice facility. I chose to be indoors in a controlled invironment. I was impressed with the gated yard, security, elevator inside the building and dollies to use for transporting my belongings to my units. I am impressed.

You even have a gift bag and a free lock waiting inside. They even provide little flashlight for nightuse. Reasonably priced. The gate limits access to only those with with current units. I am very happy with the facility. This is my second time using them.
