I spoke with, Leah and she had a wonderful attitude. She was patient and accommodating. I spoke to a second lady later that wasn't quite as nice but was fine. She "helped" me upgrade from a 5x5 to a 10x5. Great deal, the 5x5 was 59 a month plus 10 a month for 2k worth of insurance. The 5x10 is 124 a month plus 10 for insurance. Quite a difference 3 x's the money for 2x the space.

This storage facility on route nine in Fishkill. He came KO storage a few months ago and i’ve had nothing but problems since. Yes after KO storage took over a no longer have anyone on site to help you if you’re having an issue. And after the ownership transfer to KO,I was no longer being charged from my checking account which builds up to three months, and they placed a lock on my unit. This was understandable, but after I made payment, I was unable to get the lock removed from my unit. We are now going on two months that I have not been able to get someone to remove the lock from my unit. They still expect me to pay, although I have no access to my unit. Multiple phone calls speaking to operators who tell me they’re sorry that I’m experiencing this problem but no one to remove the lock. I use this storage unit to hold supplies for work. I’ve had to go out and buy items that I have sitting in my storage unit. This is totally unacceptable and I should not Have to deal with this. Neither should you.
