I have to say their prices are the cheapest around. i have a few storages in different areas that are all $20-30 more. Customer service is always super friendly. I have zero complaints, just wish it was 24 hours.
Very easy check in
Very quick and easy check in. The guy working the counter did a great job. Very clean place and I like the fact it's tucked back so nobody knows it's there. The one thing that gets me is the maze you have to go threw in order to find ur unit.

Large and small units for what ever my needs are. I have been renting from here for about 4 years now and never have had any issues with staff. Always willing to help.
Lisa SchulzI rented a unit on the third floor unbeknownst to me and signed the lease, although we hadn’t moved stuff in yet, I had called their customer service and they wanted to charge me a significant difference from moving from one 10 x 10 to another on the ground floor. The online difference was only $20. I told them I wanted to talk to a manager because they wanted to charge me an additional $65, but a manager wasn’t available so I called the office the next day during business hours, and the lady I spoke with, forgive me if I spelled it wrong, Janisha, was very helpful and only charged us an additional $12 to switch to a ground unit. I was very grateful as both my husband & I have knee issues. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for storage. The general office is extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Big kudos to to Janisha for excellent customer service!
