Very clean appearance for a storage rental space. The only problem that I had is not being able to get the garage door to close. I purchased my storage during a holiday week so I did not receive any additional guidance or instruction from the property manager. I hope that when I do, I will receive further guidance about this.

Everything is brand new and fresh, with perfectly smooth, seamless floors that make rolling heavy carts a breeze. The massive Schindler elevators are an absolute game-changer: unlike every other storage place, you don’t have to waste time punching in that annoying access code again just to go up! And have you seen the directory signs in front of the elevators on every floor showing exactly which way your unit is? It makes finding the right unit incredibly easy. It’s such a simple idea—why are they the only ones who thought of this?! It saves movers so much time and energy. It just proves that our beloved Westchester is a territory of trust and high-quality people. 5 stars, highly recommended to all our clients!

It was pretty surprising how quickly I was in and out of there. Great staff and great establishment. Would recommend.

Great location , near multiply expressways, easy to get on and off at the lexpressway, facility is located on the main strip. Safe & secure location especially if you’re a seller / buyer for pick up / meet up, well protected metal gates. If you’re a seller , can stream your auction within the storage , no interruption. 3 main staff: Branden, Hector , Cyrus doing their rounds around the property.

I didn’t get the name of the guy who helped me (1/21/2026 @ around 5pm) but I was having trouble w/ a reservation I made online that wasn’t showing up in my account, and he handled everything for me. I really appreciated it! He answered all the questions I had, walked me to my unit, and showed me how to do everything (including how to use the cylinder lock/use the access code). Speedy and friendly service, and they also have carts for when you move your stuff (the elevator is really roomy too). Facility was also really clean. I was kind of worried, because I’ve never stored my stuff before, but I had a really good experience, and got good vibes from this place lol.
