When you go to the public storage in Jericho on Northern Boulevard make sure to deal with Alex and Alex Oney he seems to be the only one that runs that store correctly dealing with an another manager called Reggie and he actually laughed at me because I drove out there 11 times and he made me lose 11 days out of the month because he would tell me to meet him there between the hours of 12:00 and 6:00 and I will drive out there in those hours and he will never be there I would call he will be drunk soon as Alex took over as I got 13 units there Alice was able to handle everything professionally even better than corporate headquarters so when you call corporate headquarters did one of the customers for over 25 years now said that if they don't speak to Alex you don't want to do business with them but thank God he is the manager now and I am very happy for that and for him because he runs the store correctly now thank God Amen

Start out renting with a cheap price, but corporate increase storage rental every 6 months. 24 hours access for an extra fee$$. No one available in office during the day if needed. Do not keep area and bathroom clean. I've seen storage room owners with businesses, living in their storage rooms, and washing up in the bathroom. I will be moving out soon. I do not recommend...

This was my first time renting a storage facility and Heather made it SO EASY and stress free! I was worried about the shipment of my boxes but Heather called me as soon as they arrived so that I didn’t have to sit and wait there all day. The facility is also very nice and clean. Plus, if you download the app, you can just open the gate from your phone! Thank you Heather!!

Today, I called to schedule an appointment to view the different-sized units. I was hoping to be a new customer renting a unit. The man named Jason was rude and condescending. Telling me comments like, “how hard is it to answer the question?” I did not like that the doors were locked and no one was at the front desk during their open hours. Not a good experience being a potential customer renting.
