DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are scumbags. This location particularly. I spoke with a person that woke there all week informing them today Friday I will pay up my storage unit please do not add the auction fees ( like an extra 150$ for them to put your unit on auction) I have to wait till net payday. The employee gaslighted me . I call today as promised to say I’m coming in and see what the number is exactly and it’s now 740$ to get my storage unit out or it goes out to auction. Another reason they suck is you have to pay cash no card no debit. Straight cash. If that doesn’t sound sketchy for a company to only accept cash when you’re trying to settle your account is thug mentality. I’m getting my things out of this unit as fast as possible. The hours suck only open from 9-6 , there office person is hardly there and not friendly , the facility is dark and has horrible lighting. This company doesn’t deserve your hard earned money or the privilege to store such items. Company’s only out for themselves. They also raised the rent prices a couple months in , just a joke of a business. Update 1/20- after complaining to the man that we wanna speak to someone higher up than him he said okay here’s the district managers number. We waited till today to call since the holiday. The phone number was a fake , and called cbs news station instead! This is not a way to handle your business

You pay how much a month and everytime you go down during office hours no one is there to let you in and when you try to talk to someone it's like pissing in the wind! don't use this place! P.s A lot of my things did have mold on it so I ended up having to trash alot of what I had in my storage unit!
