They use a "bait and switch method" to reel customers in by offering an attractive promotional rate on storage units. After 3-5 months they significantly increase monthly payments. I would suggest reading the fine print before renting a unit. Upon inquiring about the price increase, the manager came across as rude, unempathetic, and frankly annoyed. I was told my only option was to cancel my renters insurance in order to have cheaper monthly payments. Update: changed my review from a one star to three stars due to Jung from Corporate who contacted me and tried their best to find a solution.
