Smooth Experience
Nicholas was so helpful in understanding the process and coordinating it. Despite the hiccup of electricity being down, the team ensured we had the conditions to use the unit and even facilitated a change in unit considering the volume of the items. It was a smooth experience, with all answers provided without issues, and an incredible good mood for the stress of the situation (systems being down and all). My thanks and appreciation to the team!

I had a great experience with Prime Storage. Carl was extremely helpful, professional, and informative throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain all the options available and made everything easy to understand. I originally came in for my existing 10x10 unit, but after speaking with Carl and seeing how convenient everything was, he convinced me to also get an additional 5x10 storage unit nearby. His customer service and knowledge really made the difference. The facility is clean, organized, and easy to access. Highly recommend working with Carl if you need storage!
