Overall, my experience was great. Paris is a very pleasant, we felt like we knew him. He made use feel so comfortable. He explained all the needed to know information. Even the other representative, helped to make the atmosphere friendly, by interacting with us. Please let them know they are doing a great job, and they are appreciated. It not easy dealing with some people, bj but they have the right spirit.

"I recently lost my storage unit. While I accept that I should have paid closer attention to my account, I am dissatisfied with the company's handling of my follow-up call. When I asked for the buyer's information or to have my information passed along to them, the representative was unhelpful. They simply repeated, 'I'm sorry for your loss; there's nothing we can do.' My frustration grew when I asked if the buyer had left anything behind and the representative replied "no" immediately, without any effort to check. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I expect better service when dealing with a serious matter like this

Ashley BoozerNever had a bad experience before with Public Storage until I reached this location. A complete rat infestation within the entire building. Entered my unit one day to see droppings everywhere. On the rocking chair I once had for my daughter, on her newborn clothes. Vacuum sealed bags with holes after being chewed through. Asked the office for some type of solution and was told that while they can move me to a first floor unit it would pretty much be the same result and to just resort to the insurance provided if there are any damages. So disgusted and disappointed
