The person who helped me return my lock was very nice and super helpful to me on the phone. It was a little hard to find my unit at first but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy with what I got now that I have! Elevator and provided rolling carts are a huge plus

Linda CovelloI booked this space online and did not head over right away to check in so Dylan was just about to call me as I walked in. Talk about timing and professionalism. This place is so clean, and the office has a very lovely scent. I'm all about pleasant scents. Dylan and Angela helped me out in the office and they are very friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating. The units are clean and well lit, and I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to store their stuff! *Additional review: I moved out of my storage unit on December 31, 2025, starting 2026 with a lot less stuff after donations to various local thrift stores, and having made space at home. Just want to say, I had a great experience with this Public Storage facility. I love the convenience of being able to do pretty much everything on the app (except the heavy lifting 😅) and I always found the facility clean and well lit. The freight elevator is so useful and pretty much most times I was always able to locate a cart easily. Overall I say the facility is safe and clean and I would definitely use their facilities again in future. I recommend this place 👍I’m including photos of the final load out…I had a lot more stuff, but this felt so good to finally get down to the last bits of my hoard 😆
