What a refreshing experience at the Medford Prime Storage facility. Clean and no drama. No people hanging around, just a quiet storage facility. The Manager was friendly and helpful. Felt homey when I walked into the office. I recommend keeping any of your excess stuff there.

I obtained the unit online had to have insurance but whatever it was about 20 lower even with but what they don’t tell you is that once you have all your stuff moved in and they start billing you every month they can up it. I went from paying 91$ a month to 147 in three months of having the unit and when I called they said that was the new market price what a BS line what a BS scam. They had no dollys and the elevator by my unit was broken so I had to lug everything but I figured well it’s a good price now I’m paying more then every other place in my area. All I can say is don’t.
