I began my journey to establish my first rental unit at the Malta location through Prime Storage’s website. The site was extremely easy to use, and the pricing was very competitive. Between the cost and the convenient location, the Malta (Mechanicville) 12118 facility clearly stood out and motivated me to move forward. My 5-star experience didn’t end there. While completing the online steps, I was asked if I needed locks. Not knowing how many lock hasps were on the storage bay—or how many locks to request—I hesitated. At that exact moment, I received a call from an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff member at that location. She quickly took my information, answered all of my questions, and finalized the transaction. I couldn’t have been happier. Fast forward one month: realizing I needed additional space, I placed an online reservation for another unit. When I arrived today with a truckload of household items, I was pleasantly surprised. Unbeknownst to me, the same incredible individual had seen my reservation in the system. She noticed me unloading, stepped away from the office, and took the time to greet me with a warm smile and an invitation to review my request together. During that conversation, she showed me how I could save money by renting two units. Of course, I accepted the offer and will always be grateful for the opportunity to work with her and Prime Storage. This may be a long story, but it truly reflects exemplary customer service—and it’s the reason I wholeheartedly recommend Prime Storage.

The staff was always friendly and welcoming, and the facility was consistently clean and well‑maintained. I stored brand‑new furniture in a first‑floor unit for about four years, and everything came out looking just as new as the day it went in. When I moved into my new apartment, everything was clean, undamaged, and ready to use right away, which was such a relief. I’m truly grateful to Prime Storage for taking such good care of my belongings, and I’ll happily recommend them to friends and family for their storage needs.
