Melissa is a pleasure to work with. Friendly efficient and personable, she was able to help us adjust our unit reservation last minute on site, when we realized we would need more space. I would highly recommend Mabey’s and will continue to use only them in the future (this is my second experience renting storage from them, in two different locations). They are the gold standard in terms of facilities, employees, and service.

The 24 hour access they advertise on their website is only available if you pay extra up charge. so they give you a code and then you have to pay extra to be able to use it past 9pm. What a petty way to do business. Also, none of this is disclosed to you. This completely ruined my friend’s plans to move to college. They shouldn’t advertise 24-hour access if it’s not available without an up charge. There’s other storage units available that have 24 hour access with no additional charge and prices works out to be much than this place.
