Was dropping a truck off at this location for uhaul and the old lady working inside was mad we were standing outside doing the return on our phones, said we were reasoning hell but clearly she was having a bad day, when I walked into the office all the lights were off and her dog was in there too. I think she was napping when I came in, that’s probably what set her off. But I do not recommend doing business here with such rude staff.

Gretta HansingGreat location, safe, always clean. 4 stars instead of 5 only because they no longer keep the restroom unlocked. If someone is in the office, they will give you the key, although someone is not always in the office. I've never had any problems there. I like that there is a freight elevator to move heavy things upstairs in the climate controlled units. Decent prices, too.
