If I could give zero stars I would. From the beginning this place has been nothing but awful. Unfortunately I was in a pickle and really needed a place to store some of my belongings. Within a couple of months they raised the rent $75 and then again a few months later tried to raise it another $75. That is when I told them I was leaving to which they kept begging to stay claiming they’d adjust the rate. Two days before my final move out we got a big snow storm. I called and kindly asked if they could give me an additional two days for the final move out because people were traveling to pick up furniture. Beth claimed, along with the district manager that they could give me the extra days but I’d be charged another month!! Unfortunately I had to take the day off of work and miss a Dr appointment because they could not accommodate two extra days, while many of the units are empty and they clearly don’t have an urgency or people needing a unit if they were begging me to stay. Money hungry inconsiderate company and people. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. You will regret it, trust me!

Awful place, don’t go here. They tout deals and then suddenly two months later the rent is raised 50$ and they’re still renting units online for the same price I was given at the start. I get reamed by then for not having a lock on my empty unit. Then I follow all the protocols for moving out, give 30 days notice and kept my lock on there, expecting someone to contact me for the move out. I already took everything out of the unit anyway. Then I’m charged rent for another month. Money hungry company, greedy, no one works at this location apparently either. Absolute joke

NO STARS!!! This is the worst storage ever!! Not only was my storage unit broken into and robbed. There's no surveillance cameras as they claim. NONE OF THEM WORK AT ALL! The gate is always broken where anyone could just walk in. Or you can just walk by the bridge and go in. As other customers have stated the mice or rat problems are immense. They ate through my boxes pissed and pooped all over my things that wasn't stolen. I filed a police report and the police apparently had been out to the storage several times. I filed an insurance claim but was given the run around when it came to my insurance paying for the damages. They've had several break-ins and It's disgusting that they didn't even bother to contact any of their long-term customers. They just kept quiet while we were being robbed blind. The 5 star reviews are definitely lies or they've been given months off their rent for them. Cause I can't honestly see anyone being satisfied with such a horrible place. NO STARS!!!!!

There is a serious mice problem. I wish I would have known that. And the rates go up every single year like clockwork! For mice infested storage! You also have to call them if you have an issue because no one seems to actually WORK there!
