$139 a month to store our camper in a place that looks like we’re in some field. There is no one who is responsible to speak to and no emails or contact numbers for complaints. We are just told that they have a contract with a landscaper who apparently gets paid for doing nothing. The weeds come up to our knees and in some places even higher. We have to rip out weeds just so we can hook up. UPDATE: 10/14/25–The above review was about the previous owners. Averdi has proven to be much better. The security system is activated, the gate now functions, and there isn’t a weed in sight! I’d give it 5 stars if it were less expensive.

Yes I came to the I've already Glenmont storage facility and Justin laid out all the rolls and was very informative and I was very pleased with his with his ability to run this whole facility and I would recommend him running the 50 story building in Manhattan with a raise do you think.

To management, my RV I placed in Glenmont as I never stored my RV before. So I was concerned about it being safe ,I spoke with Becky as she understood, and she took it upon herself as she couldn’t be more caring and pleasant to check on it. She also took the time to Call me Periodically to reassure me that it’s safe and I couldn’t be more Grateful. so I With that I want to Thank becky. As a wonderful caring employee and I would bring my RV back there for storage in the future.
