Ive been trying to move into a parking spot for my truck and trailer which im paying for now but cant because they dump all the snow in it so now i cant park both my truck and trailer in 1 spot and they are hitting me with a bill for 2 spots. Its up to them to do the snow removal correctly not the customer also i just moved from 1 unit to another because they doubled the price overnight so imoved to a cheaper unit then after 2 months they doubled the price on that unit. They are a bunch of scammers. Im not happy at all with how they maintain there property and screw you in the process Call so can fix the issues immediately? Unless your going to dig out my truck and trailer and the parking spot which im paying for you to dump snow in but i don’t think thats going to happen. Not happy at all with how you run your business. I’ve already been in to the office snd complained about it last time it snowed your snow guy did the same thing im going on 2 months in rent paying for 2 spots when i should be only paying for 1 because it still has snow in it from the last storm. This cant be how it is at every storage place. I should be able to access all my units at anytime thats what im paying you for.

DJ E-RoCI needed storage for my DJ equipment but was apprehensive about using a storage facility, I met the store manager Genevieve and found out she actual was a DJ as well, after having a fun conversation about all the new gear she informed me that she has her gear stored here which was very reassuring to me so I was confident I found the right place for my stuff. Thank you Genevieve and thank you extra space for having such awesome people working for you...truly an asset!
Walter GuzmanCame in about 8 months ago. Place was dirty. Talked to dennis the manager. Didn't like him and left. Came back and place was clean ... met Genevieve that time and she was honest and open, knowledgeable so I my perception was changed of that place.
