We had an incredible experience at Access Storage in Congers, NY, and I want to give a huge thank-you to Marc for his outstanding help! We came in feeling extremely stressed, and Marc immediately met us with kindness, patience, and a warm smile. Even though it was close to closing time—when most people would understandably want to wrap up—he never rushed us. Instead, he welcomed us, took his time, and worked closely with us to figure out exactly which storage units I needed. He walked us through the options, helped set up payment plans, showed us how to use the entry codes, made us locks, and made the entire process feel easy and pleasant! Marc’s attitude and work ethic truly stood out. He handled everything with professionalism and genuine care, and his positive energy completely changed what could have been a very overwhelming experience. I ended up renting two storage units and couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything went. I highly, highly recommend working with Marc. Truly the best in Rockland. I have used them for the last 12 years. The place is always clean and safe. Recently I just changed unit: it is cheaper than anyone around. The service was fabulous, the personal helped me with all the heavy stuff, as I have an hand injury. They were so cordial, resourceful, and dedicated. I highlyvrecommen Acess storage.

I had a great experience with the staff there. I’m disabled & they were so helpful & patient , explaining how things worked. I’ve rented a significantly smaller unit back when more able bodied & how nice they were then’s why I came back & it’s not even the same staff. I was told the woman I knew retired 2 years ago so I wish her well but as I said she was the reason I came back. Thank you guys.
