Very Clean
Switched from another storage company. Value Space was much better price than the other for the same size unit. Parking lot was perfect for unloading as the other companies lot was a sheet of ice. Karts are also perfect size, for making less trips. Unit was very clean.

Melissa DiernaAfter just a few months, I received an email that they’re raising the rate over 50%. That’s bonkers. As much as it is a pain to move, we will be finding a new spot for storage, unfortunately. 😬 The price sounds reasonable initially but be prepared for a big increase. I didn’t read enough of the reviews to see that is a common practice here. From $96 to $160 (plus fees & tax) just a few months later is a deceptive, unfair and unreasonable way to do business.

The selling point for us was the friendliness of the staff, the ease of online payment process and the cleanliness of the building is above any other storage facility we have toured in a 30 mile radius. The security is also top notch! That was extremely important to us. 10 stars all the way around!
PearlWas scared to death to put my belongings in storage! Not anymore after being referred to ValuSpace by Ortiz Transportation Inc. Tiffany the manager helped make this happen and literally within minutes! And in the middle of my move! I was scared I was going to have nothing once I called to confirm my storage with Uhaul in Clifton Park and they completely dropped the ball on me mid move with the movers moving all of my stuff. I highly highly recommend ValuSpace! Tiffany the manager helped make my experience absolutely incredible! She deserves a raise! The place is super clean, extremely accessible and smells phenomenal! I was absolutely beyond super impressed and will always use them if I ever need more storage down the road!
