I have the climate controlled 10x15 and it's perfect. The doors slide nice and smooth, unlike my last storage unit. What keeps me from rating Prime Storage five stars is the bathroom is locked and not available. Also, the elevator door closure button doesn't work. You have to wait until the door closes on its own which is about a minute each time. This has been reported and never fixed.

Prime Storage exemplifies what I means to have excellent customer service. Brittany, the manager, is professional, responsive, and attentive. The facility is clean, well kept, and, secure. Highly recommend storing your belongings here.

If I could give this storage unit 0 stars I would. We purchased a 10x30 controlled indoor storage unit as we had a number of not only expensive items, but sentimental things stored in our unit that we wanted to make sure were well taken care of. This is one of the most expensive units available. Upon moving out, we discovered our entire unit was literally covered in mouse droppings; every box, every piece of furniture, all over the floor. A $2,500 power recliner leather sofa was part of their “home” and was completely ruined, along with an oriental rug and many items within our boxes. Our movers had to remove dead mice stuck to tape on our boxes for us. If you’re thinking that buying insurance with your unit will protect you, it will not. Within the fine print I found out that the max claim reimbursement for an extermination issue was $500, when we had over $3,000 in damages. I tried working with prime storage (Lorraine) who was initially helpful and pretended to try and help me, until she stopped returning my phone calls and went completely dark. Wonderful customer service. This facility is disgusting, the people here do not care about your belongings, they will lie over and over that they’ve put extermination processes in place that are clearly not working. We had several conversations with other tenants when moving out who all mentioned they had made complaints multiple times and nothing was changed. I cannot stress enough that if you care even remotely about what you are storing, go somewhere else. Our movers mentioned that this was one of the most disgusting storage units they had ever seen. Very unfortunate that there are companies like this that treat their customers and their belongings so poorly.

I used this storage place for 2 months. Brittany and Mae were so helpful when we had questions and went out of their way to be helpful. The temperature was always in the 70’s. Our stuff was in the same condition when we took it out as it was 2 months earlier. I’d use Prime Storage again if needed.

When I first bought my unit I was guaranteed that there would be close no mice infestations, but every single time I come into my unit this is what I see. I’ve been trying to make a claim for months but have gotten no where😡 I’m paying double the amount for a temperature controlled unit and having more trouble than I when I had an outdoor unit. I’m very disgusted and looking for another storage facility. DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE!!!!
