I truly love the Chester NY location! On a normal basis I don’t need to talk to anyone b/c they make it so easy. On the 2 occasions I have spoken to Jamie in the office she was truly amazing! Today she not only made my life easy but she took a weight off of my shoulders. I lost my keys and with them the key to my unit. When I called she was friendly, helpful and genuinely calmed me. She took care of EVERYTHING. Replacing the lock so I’m able to bringy fully loaded car to unload it! I’m truly at a lost for words with how amazing this went! I’ve had such bad experiences in the past with storage companies that working with them has been a breath of fresh air. Thank you!
