The customer service is excellent. We had an issue because we apparently did not book a drive up unit. The customer service agent helped us out right away, found us a drive up unit at the the same price as the inside unit.

I looked at a lot of storage unit for best price and cleanliness. By far this one stood out to me. Once I got there I was very happy. I wish I could remember the gentlemanﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s name that helped me, he was friendly and helpful.

This is my first time getting extra storage so I had a lot of questions. The gentleman at the front answered all my questions and made recommendations and was patient. I would definitely recommend this place.

Michael KoesterTerrible, didn’t even move in. Their snow removal is minimal at best and that was over a week after it snowed. The unit they wanted me to move into could not be accessed due to the volume of snow in front of it and I was told I would need to clear the snow as the lease states.Then they gave me the run around about getting a refund. The manager Claude was very disrespectful and made me feel like they are doing me a favor. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your storage needs. Wish there is an option for negative stars. Very disappointing how these corporations operate.
