It is a convienent location but honestly À litttle dissapointed. I got a storage unit for my partner about 2 wks ago here because the representative on the phone said that door to unload is wide enough. I asked him about 3x and instead of him listening he was just trying to reserve the unit. Without completely answering what I’m asking. Also I told him I would reserve a unit online and he still had a manager call me when I told him I’m inquiring and researching first. I reserved a unit and my partner when the next day for him to tell me the unloading the door is not wide enough. Which is foolishesness. How can you have big units bur nothing wide csn get through the doors and make it worse. They don’t have proper flat beds. The flat beds are like 4x5 ft.. not long at All. So you would have to make multiple trips. I went yesterday to see it myself. The entry wah to even unload was blocked wirh snow so how do you expect customers to transport. It was on the inside and outside. The women Alexandra did come to help shovel snow but the men that were there did nothing and just look instead of helping her. What type of customer service. No salt ok the ground. Just snow turning into ice and once again as you can see in the pics it’s not wide enough and you can’t open other side. What they should say or how they should sell is if anyone has wide items csn only get outsude unit. & the light by my unit didn’t even come on like it’s blown and two bulbs werent there. Everyone had 4 and was working bur right in front of mine two blown out bulbs. Idk if the managers do check ups. But they can do better. Once again it’s convenient, okay pricing but if you have major things or wide equipment you need to travel wirh your own dolly or maybe not go there.
E M-AI had a great experience with Devin. I needed to transfer a new unit from my friend’s unit and he helped me with the most cost efficient way. He showed me different unit sizes. Since I wanted my own unit, I rented it online while at the location. Most people would care about the sale rather than the customer’s preference. Customer service first was Devin’s priority. Thank you Devin. Highly recommend.
JA PastaMy experience was great. I was having trouble with my passcode getting into the building. But There’s a young lady by the name of Chanel she was very helpful as I go to the front with my problem. She The first one to acknowledge me and gets right up and walk outside in the Cold to fix issue that I was having. Very nice customer service and she’s very intelligent 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 keep up the good work
