Bethpage Public Storage gets 10 STARS
I love the space. I shopped around first and I am so happy I chose Public Storage in Bethpage. My initial phone call to the 800 number was great. The follow up from the site manager to the help of Vinny, the sales associate on ,my moving in day was nothing short of fantastic. What a very professional and nice group of people. PS should be proud of their employees. The space is clean, the automatic lights are great...I have absolutely not one negative thing to say about my experience from the first phone call to my regular weekly visits. 10 stars!

I have been using public storage for...
I have been using public storage for the last few years and have always had a positive experience. Currently I have two units and am waiting to make a move to North Carolina. I am at the bethpage storage ( lighthouse) and the person I deal with is Brianna. She is knowlegable and has a very friendly disposition. She has been a pleasure to deal with.

Abu does amazing customer service. I had a wonderful experience at this Public Storage at Bethpage. He is incredibly friendly and helpful. It's rare to find this level of customer service today! Highly recommend!!
Nelson ZuluagaDamon was amazing, and a life saver. Literally was flying out this weekend for a week in France and my Auto Pay was turned off for some reason, so he called informing me of the late fees. Was completely cordial and accommodating after proving to him the honest mistake and that my bank account had the funds waiting to be withdrawn with am impeccable payment history. Thank you Damon!!!!
LeesaI went in just to compare the price with others in the area. I was greeted by Damon. He was extremely helpful showing me different sizes lockers. I was very indecisive and went back to 2 lockers multiple times. He never once got aggravated. He just walked me back over. Again I was just pricing things out. But due to the great customer service I decided to use this facility.

When I went to grab a few things out of my car. A box fell now all of the contents are on the floor. Damon came out to help me. His job was done but he took the extra step to help me grab everything. I am disabled and my mobility is not the best, so this act of kindness meant the world to me.
