Great convenience of entry and a clean area that keeps up snow and has plenty of space to monuver even large vehicles around. With ease of payments and a great staff weithwr on call or in person knockout service was always provided. All in all ever needing another storage unit I would gladly choose this company again.

L LeeMy unit is flooding. Took FIVE days for my issue to be addressed. They offered me a smaller unit but what good would that do if my stuff won't fit. I don't have help to move the stiff. I asked if they would provide someone to help, they said no. I asked for the area managers contact, they refused. The team lead told me she was the only person who could handle any issues. I took my moms artwork out but I can't lift some of the stuff myself so it's just sad. I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF EXTRA SPACE AMSTERDAM NY. THEY ACT LIKE CARE UNTIL THEY NEED TO HELP AFTER THEY FAIL. UPDATE; See "owner" response below in photo! I FEEL THIS IS A BS RESPONSE. THE PHONE NUMBER GIVEN TO CALL IS TO THE FACILITY IN AMSTERDAM. THEY HAVE MY CONTACT INFORMATION, THEY KNOW WHATS GOING ON AND IF THE "OWNER" WANTED TO OR CARED ENOUGH THEY WOULD CALL ME!
