Process was super easy to sign up and register. This place is so clean and professional and you know your things will be safe. They provide carts and huge elevators itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s great and super convenient with sliding doors you just pull your car right up. Highly recommend

The Staff are Friendly and Professional. They are NICE People. Amanda and Lisa are especially Wonderful. I have maintained Storage Units here for years. The Facility is Always clean. The Climate Controlled building is very appreciated in the cold winter months. There are Security camera all over that make You feel safe while You're there. Plus the extra Gate and Door Security Code Access Panels reassure You Your Property is safe when nobody is there. AsiaThese people are absolutely unprofessional and seem like scammers. Not only do they add certain fees that are not on your bill when you pay in person, the customer service in person is absolutely horrible. They make up rules as they go and rules change depending on the person you’re dealing with. Right now we’re dealing with the on-site manager who carried on a 20 min phone conversation without even saying I’ll be with you one moment or any acknowledgment. My other and more serious complaints about their poor billing habits will be made by way of a BBB complaint. Coming soon! The 1 star was forced and should be 0 stars.
Shannon WhelanWent there. They gave me a quote, reserved a unit, asked me to send measurements of the furniture. I did that. They offered to tape down the space to show me if my furniture would fit. I was impressed until they never did that. I called, emailed and texted to confirm unit and they ghosted me completely. They never did what they said and they never even returned my call, emailed or texts. I went with another company that was much better. I was disappointed!!
