Robert Hopson Sr.Customer service is great, but security is lacking, my unit and the one next to it were broken into. I'm out almost three thousand dollars worth of property, not having insurance is my fault but eight cameras and there are still blind spots, and the security officer said they deal with break-ins often, locks only keep honest people honest, but why have cameras if the video is not going to be used to at least try and identify the thieves I mean at least try and why have blind spots? And the rude extra space customer service agent "I am having a Judge Judy moment here. If you rent a car, a house, an apartment, you need to get insurance" didn't help I was just ripped off and was not asking to be reimbursed.

GreensmithSarah is a great site manager with a great team of employees. The place is kept very clean, and everything is run professionally. You must be on the alert however; if you rent off the web, you'll get a special web rate which will only last for a couple of months. Then they'll send you a postcard in the mail, saying they're going to double your rate. Be ready for this...that being said, it's still a reliable establishment run by pleasant people.
