Super quick & easy. First time renting a storage unit with no issue!
Highly recommend! Fair pricing, honestly less than I was expecting! Super quick & easy paper work, went into the office on site; a quick in & out, no hassle, just the way I like it! Employee named Eddie already taking care of the ice as soon as I pulled up, very enthusiastic personality, he walked me through everything & showed me where my unit is; catch him if you can! He was a big help! Honestly very satisfied.

He took the time to explain all the options clearly, answered every question, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about the facility and the customers. The property is clean, well-maintained, and well-run thanks to his leadership. If you’re looking for storage in the area, ask for Shane—you won’t be disappointed!
Michael VillanellaThe unit was well kept. It is easily accessible. Customer service is great. The gates work as appropriate. The app works well. The only issue I found only one issue. They did not plow or salt. This was after 24 hours. It was an ice rink.
Alexis SmithGate code we were given never worked; we needed to call and get new codes nearly every time we visited (often being unable to visit entirely). Despite alerting staff to this issue, it was never resolved. Rate *repeatedly* increased, resulting in a nearly 25% increase in less than a year. It would have gone up yet again if we had not moved out. Multiple things we had stored were ruined due to a deteriorating ceiling. We opted to move items to a different location that provides safer and better service.
