Excellent service!
I came in back in May and Amanda assisted me with setting up my storage unit. She was efficient and helpful all along the way. She gave me a tour of the facility and explained the hours of operation and that the storage unit is secure and safe. I highly recommend her and this facility to store their items. Lastly, I was able to get a discount for a larger unit due to reserving online. The promotion is only for a few months so it is temporary, but one can save during the in-between time.

Our experience checking in was flawless, the facility is extremely clean, and there were plenty of dollies to get the job done. There is a covered loading dock which we especially appreciated because it was raining. However, we were told we had to buy a lock from them which was $20 so we did. When we opened our storage unit for the first time there was a welcome bag which included the same lock we just purchased. The top of the packaging was cut so we couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t return it.

The customer service team at the front desk were awesome. I will be moving out. The hours are not acceptable and there are rumors of people sleeping in the stalls. Very unfortunate.
