This place is pretty good to keep a few things safe but what really stands out is the girl in front. I think her name is Shaniqiuoa. She is super friendly and super helpful to everyone. I saw her deal with customers and they all left with a smile. I wish other Cubesmarts had people like her in the office.

I had an issue with my monthly payment unit, and Shaniqiuoa went above and beyond to help me get it resolved quickly and smoothly. She was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Not only did she fix the issue, but she also offered great suggestions on how I could get a better unit for a good price. I was actually considering moving to another storage company because of the issue, but thanks to her excellent service and the solutions she provided, I decided to stay with my current storage the same one I’ve trusted for over 10 years. Shaniqiuoa truly made a difference with her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help. She’s a real asset to the company, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received!

Do not rent here unless you want to waste a ton of money for someone else to ruin your things! I have been paying for a 10x10 climate controlled unit to store my belongings for the last 12 years. Not only has the rent gone up between $30-$80 a month the last 12 years, when I went to the facility to retrieve something I found about 2/3 of my belongings covered in mold (pretty much everything that wasn’t stored in plastic containers) The girl in the office that day (she was very nice, I will say that) took some photos and filed an incident report. The manager then called me the following Monday and basically informed me that CubeSmart is not responsible for damaged property, to contact the insurance. After a week of back and forth with the insurance company (Great American, which was the company CubeSmart suggested when we began our rental in 2012) they claim that the policy doesn’t cover any type of water damage. So I am basically screwed out of 12 years of payments (I started at $95 in 2012 and up until I termed my rental this week, I was paying $442 a month. Do the math, it’s over 5k, and that’s just for this year!) as well as the cost for all of my furniture and other ruined items I had to throw away. I could have just stored my belongings in my garage and ruined them for free. There is definitely a damp musty feeling in the building that claims to be “climate controlled” as well as mildew forming on the outer locks on multiple units near mine, as the pictures below show. I had brought this to the attention of an employee a few years back but she claimed the moisture was from the carpets being cleaned and the mold was “just dust”. The carpets have since been removed, if it was because of a mold issue, we were never informed.

Just wanted to say that Hildi, the manager at the Randolph location is just amazing.. sheis kind, understanding, helpful, and the area inside and out is always spotless.. you are lucky to have her on your staff.

CubeSmart on Salem Street in Randolph. The gentleman name Don helped me yesterday. Don was very helpful, polite and pleasant. He explained the contract to me and he took me to view the unit that I was interested in which was a 5 by 5. The price was reasonable to me. I was very pleased thank you Don.
