I cannot recommend MOD Storage enough, specifically because of Jose. He is incredibly experienced and professional, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. What I appreciated most was his attitude. He’s one of those rare people who treats you like family rather than just another customer. I actually felt a bit emotional moving my things out because Jose made this place feel so safe and welcoming. Everything from the communication to the facility maintenance was top-notch. Five stars all the way!
