difficult time in life made easier by staff
I have went to two sites one in Morganville, NJ and met Ms. Melissa who was extremely helpful. She explained everything I needed to do, wrote down everything so i can remember and then guided me with what I needed to buy to secure my items while I was moving. She truly made this process much easier. I later booked in a different site location due to availability and spoke to Ms. Courtney in North Brunwsick who was extremely supportive and kind. She walked me through everything and truly offered me the support and kind words that I need to hear after my apartment was flooded. The staff is truly wonderful and the facility is clean and secure.

Liz is AMAZING!!!! Great customer service and great attitude. Needed to get a unit to store things she guided me in to the right direction. Love the 24 hour access if you opt-in. Don't even have to get out , Open gate from your cellphone. Great location , Secure and Very Cost efficient. I would recommend anyone in this area whom needs a unit reach out to Liz..

Jordan ForemanThe units themselves are fine and the process of renting one was easy. It even looked freshly cleaned when moved in but I'm not happy about paying for storage for 6 months to find my furniture covered in mouse feces and being told there's nothing the company can do about it. Yes, I had insurance and I can go through the lengthy process of filing a claim to reclaim up to $250 while simultaneously moving to a new state and starting a new job but that doesn't do much to remedy the $500 worth of furniture I paid to store for 6 months and am now paying to dispose of. No I did not have any food in the unit. Yes I began to file a claim with insurance... but my next step is to hand write the claim and get it notarized in order to push the case forward and frankly, all this time I'm spending on the claim is worth more than $250 I might receive when all is said and done. 2 stars. Do better.
