It’s now Wednesday after we had a snowstorm Sunday and still has not been plowed… the elevators are almost always out of service. And the price increases are insane! Can’t even move out of our unit due to the snow. I could barely even get to the front office to speak to someone. I would stay far away from this place! Update: just spoke to corporate and they gave me an additional week and a half to move out, I asked for the month as we are now moving and have to make a trip back to move everything which they denied.
Sharif HuntleyFront desk lady very nosey and blackman chasing. Wasn't in there first time 15 minutes and she says no loitering. Excuse me weirdo, I just got the unit, on top of that the facility is snowed in so I cant put my things in my unit thats parked across the street in shoprite parking lot because they to broke to plow. Lady with the glasses need to stop stalking and carry on, refund please.

Danielle helped me when I came to move in and she was quick and efficient. Great staff! I highly recommend using this storage facility!!!
