I had the pleasure of speaking with Amanda and John, who were both extremely helpful in clearly explaining the details and process of securing the units I needed. They also informed me that I could complete the rental agreement at any Public Storage location, which provided great flexibility. On my way home from work, I visited the Middletown, NJ location, where Brian assisted me in completing the process. He was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. His professionalism and customer service reflect very well on the company. Public Storage is fortunate to have him on their team.

I worked with Kristin from the Middletown, NJ storage facility, and she was fantastic! I had a transfer/scheduling issue stemming from being directed to the overall call center and Kristin worked with me on the phone for over a half hour to make sure everything was corrected and I wasn't improperly charged. She also ensured that I had a unit available to switch to when I needed it, as we were consolidating to a smaller storage space. She was very patient, professional, and courteous and provided outstanding customer service! Thank you, Kristin!!

Met with kristin today, she explained to me how the public storage rental unit process works. I described what i believed what i needed based on what was left in my home, she gave me a couple of recommendations took the time to show me different units. Explained the benefits of climate controlled vs non climate control which helped me make the decision to get the unit . She was great if there was more then 5 stars she would of gotten more. You should be proud to have an associate like her in your company.
