Extra Storage had completely plowed for their Customers by 6am on the day after the snow. Public storage had not. People keep snow equipment in your facility. Your ignorance even claimed that you were in the office. Nobody was there. They had not even shoveled the entrance. This location is selfish and insensitive under HORRIBLE management. No wonder Extra Storage next door has more Customers. I am absolutely livid.
Pandai paiThe absolute worst place to store our items, Tara was incredible in the beginning of everything but then we noticed there was a rip in the bottom of our external storage door and we were told that they would fix it however it had to be requested from the company, and we had to give them our extra storage key. They held onto our key for 2 months and did not fix our door to the point where there is snow and water build up directly in front and I am afraid that it will trail into the unit with us or worse: injure us. She or anyone else besides Yanis is never in the office nor on the premises to even ask any questions; I don’t understand the point of holding onto our key just to never request a fix for our unit door. Super misleading. There’s also a gutter pipe directly above the storage door that pours water onto the ground in front of our storage and it’s now an ice block due to the freezing temps and snow. This has been a nightmare experience. Yanis is amazing and even helped us shovel our storage unit out, I really appreciate it. He’s literally the best. We were trying super hard not to be difficult or cause any issues or seem like we were being picky however this is absolutely unacceptable.
Beren MangubatBeen here for many years now. I use my unit to store a vehicle and have no complaints. I have not had any issues with rodents. Dust build up in the unit was also minimal. These were issues on another location I have used.

The conditions at this storage facility are also good. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and works properly.
