My reservation was on a Thursday. I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t notified they storage sense was closed. I contacted the company and they got in touch with the manager that was off. He quickly responded and got back to me and set up my account and got my stuff moved in that day. I appreciated the fast response and courteous manager.

Afew months ago I called and I spoke to a young lady named Britney and I needed some information on possibly renting a unit. And she was very helpful. She took her time. She had patience. I ended up going somewhere else because I needed another storage unit closer to where I lived, but she went above and beyond to give me the information that I needed, and even though I didn’t get a unit there, she was very helpful and very sweet and if I know of anyone that needs a storage unit out that way, I will definitely refer them to Brittany thanks again, Brittany 💕

Of course, it's for emergencies only, not to be taken advantage of yada, yada, yada, but most other storage facilities I've rented from between here and Philly don't even have trash CANS. The flexibility of the staff (re: Britney) is very nice as well. Sincerely.

Customer service is top tier; Brittany Mulkey surely does know how to encourage a customer like me to return just by her kindness and knowledge of all things Storage Sense. The fact that you all offer a discount when purchasing multiple items is a plus too. I'll be back for sure!
