The facility is very clean and the check-in process was very easy. Jesse was prompt and attentive and responded to me in a timely manner when he said he would return my call. If I needed to say something negative I would suggest that they pave the entrance going into the facility as it is very rough

Not made aware there were no lighting and no road accessible to my unit
no lighting where my unit is located and I drive a low profile sports car and nothing but mud and weeds enroute to my unit
there was no indication id be in the mud in the weeds and have no light
thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no light there is nothing but mud to drive through and I have a low profile sports car.

Blacktop all busted *Limited Access: closes 10pm *Not very well lit short on electrical outlets Pros: *Reasonable Rates *Great location...2 doors down from Mantua Police Dept. *Manager lives on site * Manager Marie is always pleasant and very helpful.
D SlaterMy mom and dad used this place to store many years of stuff that would not fit in our small home. There have been 3 owners since they first rented their space. All have been nice and worked with my parents if any issue arose-change of due date or rate, things like that. The only downside is that the manager is in this office on Wednesdays but will answer phone/messages anytime. If you stop in, you may get to see the cutest employee 🐶😊
