As a first time renter, I couldn't ask for a better experience. The manager, Mike, explained the process clearly & was very nice. For me, the location of this facility is a bonus, too.

Most of the reviews state cleanliness and ease of access to the units and that is 100% true. What I do have a problem with is in the 9 months I’ve had my unit, my rent has DOUBLED to reflect “market value”. Renters beware. $500 a month, a literal car payment, to rent brick walls with a floor and a lightbulb is a gross example of corporate greed. I urge potential tenants to do their due diligence in finding a storage unit. There are plenty of other considerations within a 5-10 mile radius.
Dave RadcliffeVery secure storage. I think into our 3rd year here, but the price is $100+/month more now than when we moved in. Not sure what we got for the extra money, except the dirt blown under the door when they painted and resurfaced, or just cleaned the drive way in front of the units... About a foot or more of dirt covering anything close to the door opening. Not happy about that, especially if we're supposed to leave it clean when we move out... Like really soon.
Yvonne ThomasAttempted to move out of my 10x10 unit in building D to smaller unit in building C today except outside door to building C was stuck. Left message for property manager during office hours and ended up having to cancel my helpers and leave because it was a waste of time to sit there. Now I will have to pay another month for this unit. Rent increases are astronomical. Dead mice, moth larvae, and mold caused me to have to throw out about $2,000 of my items. I am trying to pursue an insurance claim with my insurance. Rodents can easily get in through the unit back wall that leads to outside.
Keith KnudsenRented a 10x10 unit in D building in Ledgewood. There three months. Mold on almost everything (except items in plastic bins). Told management. They are aware, they just don't care. Their insurance won't cover mold. Most the items I wanted to keep are now being thrown away. I came here from another storage facility to save a few dollars. Lost most my stuff. Not worth it.
