My experience has been absolutely wonderful from making the first phone call to set everything up to the ease using the facility. Not only is it super clean but it has carts readily available to you to help move your things. The customer service is also magnificent. Nicole is a complete angel and so helpful; so kind, friendly and such a pleasure to talk to and deal with. Great experience thus far. Update- 4/2026 Other than one negative interaction I had with one of the workers, (tall male) very rude, arrogant and condescending, my experience was wonderful. After the encounter, Nicole fixed the issue as she always does. She was such a breath of fresh air to see and talk to especially after a negative encounter. I knew she would fix the problem. All in all, the storage experience was fantastic and will definitely use the services again when and if needed. However, I really hope they provide better customer service training to that individual. It was very stressful knowing I would have to deal with this person if I had a question or needed assistance.
