I’ve used Storage Mart in the past and currently have a unit with Extra Space Storage, so I’m fairly familiar with how storage facilities operate. I recently moved and was considering switching to a new location, so I visited Public Storage on a Sunday afternoon just to compare options and view the site — I wasn’t planning to sign a contract that day. But as soon as I saw the facility, I was genuinely impressed. It was by far the cleanest and most secure storage facility I’ve seen. What truly made the difference, though, was the on-site manager, Gina. She was incredibly professional, clear in her explanation, and gave a thorough walkthrough of the space. With a combination of spotless facilities and staff like Gina who clearly take pride in their work, I felt confident making a decision on the spot — and I signed the lease right away. I hope Public Storage continues to be managed with the same level of professionalism, and I’m genuinely looking forward to using the facility going forward. Highly recommend.

I rented a storage unit at Public Storage today, and Brandon assisted me throughout the process. He did an excellent job, was knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing. It was a very pleasant experience thanks to his help. I highly recommend Public Storage in Fort Lee, NJ.

At first I wrote a bad review about Public Storage. I was a little hasty, I might add. Im not sure what changed but it's more clean and I see Gina, the manager, really doing a terrific job. Every time I go, she seems to be working harder and helping people out. I was amazed to see her cleaning and doing things that maybe she could assign to other people. The only problem really, is maybe they raise the prices a little hasty. I've seen other workers there and Brandon always has a smile and something nice to say and newer workers or from other sites are usually very pleasant. Going forward, I hope to have a much better experience here. And I'm staying for now. I feel bad. I left a bad review initially that was unwarranted and maybe it was me having the bad day and not them.

This a great spot. Very close / convenient for those who live in NYC Quick hop over the GW and you're there. It's very clean and well set up. Customer service is good. We accidentally moved into the wrong unit and the site manager Mark and Gena helped us fix the situation without having to actually move anything.
