Bart PtardiI had to call the office at this location because after trying 3x different browsers on 3x different computers, as well as on my phone, the last step of the signup process after putting in payment info, did not work, at all, anywhere. When I called and spoke with the wonderfully cheerful and helpful lady Melissa, she was able to fix everything, as if by magic. She was so kind and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and was able to get me all signed up properly so that I can move in to my storage unit in a few days. I wish more people in this world were like Melissa, as the world would be a better place if there were. Thank you Melissa - you're the best!!!
